Need help finding an old clip that featured a fight between the production staff.

Does anyone remember what show it was when there was a Kevin Smith phoner, then a massive fight broke out between members of the staff, and after a really long time opie asks "wait is kevin smith still on the phone?" and it turned out he was? Would appreciate help locating this clip - you will be paid handsomely in teftcoin.

Dude.... this was driving me insane because I’ve heard that clip so many times. I had to find it. Took like an hour and a half but I found it. I clearly have no life. It was part of the whole Steve C taking off Monday’s “For the foreseeable future” saga. But here it is one one nice little clip. Exact moment you mentioned is at 23:01.
