In all fairness, j and s is more listenable than almost everything else that qualifies as radio. Ever tune into covino and rich or Ellis? It’s straight garbage.

We just know how much better J and S could be if they actually put in effort. Sam does, but Jim is just collecting a check and has convinced himself that his failure to prep provides some sort of asset.

Sam unironically did a segment this morning discussing which Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle they would be and why. Sam doesn't put in effort, he's an uglier version of his mentor Opie.

I think they just keep them around because it'd be more work to find a replacement than to just let them do their shit show. They probably would've kept Opie around if he didn't film a Mexican shitting.

J&S absolutely suck together. Chemistry just isn't there, they have nothing in common. Opies afternoon show wasn't terrible. When Sherrod was on the Show it sucked, but I liked Carl , Chris D, and Vic. Guaranteed if Opie ends up on radio again, Sherrod will be right there. Where is he now though

All Opie had to do was turn up, not be a complete cunt, and receive millions of dollars in return no matter how mediocre his show was. Turns out that was too difficult for him. Jim and Sam get substantially less money but I bet the deal is the same.

Opie wasn't fired for lazy shows. He was fired for mistreatment of employees.

If Jim and Sam were as disrespectful to an employee and HR found out they'd be gone in a heartbeat.

So our only hope is for intern Anthony to file a HR complaint against Sam Roberts for bullying, creating and fostering a hostile work environment and harassment. His case is so solid and backed up by evidence that Sam would be terminated within 24 hours. The guy just needs to make a formal complaint.

It was pretty obvious when Opie&Jim ended and Opie took a paycut that he was on his way out from the company. They never wanted him around.
