Brother Joe giving life advice is like Stalker Patti giving sex advice. Unless your idea of a fulfilling life is to be a gouty failed musician who lives on hand-outs, and whose crowning moment was going on court TV dressed in a t-shirt, orthopaedic shoes, and pirate earrings, to defend his right to be a racist pedophile.
