He has a multimillion dollar lawsuit with every encounter recorded and broadcast in audio form at an absolute minimum, many with video too. Its a slam dunk. He wouldn't need to scam gofundme again. Is there any way we could make this happen, particularly if we used the subs official legal counsel

Not to be Larry Literal, but it would be tough to get anything out of SXM. I’m sure Bobo signed all sorts of indemnification paperwork before his on air appearances.
But, that said, Compound Media is totally vulnerable to an action, especially since their in house legal department consists of a legalzoom.com profile and a Gmail account. The problem there is that a suit would have to be filed by Bobo or someone representing Bobo, and as long as the Cumias tell him he might get laid by hanging out there (even though he never has), the Curlans will play ball.

If someone here managed to explain to him that if wins millions of dollars, his life will be much better than simply existing in Anthony's life, and that he would be much more likely to get laid with said money, a telephone and access to backpage, he might go for it. To your PS, it can be murky but not in Bobo’s case, I hate to say. If he was able to travel unaccompanied to the studio (which was usually the case) and demonstrated a basic ability to read and comprehend (also the case) his consent would be acknowledged. There are legal mechanisms which could have restricted those rights, but I seriously doubt Bobo qualifies, as ‘special’ as he is.
To your first point, and to remain literal, Bobo was never on Stern, but Stern did have his own Bobo and our Bobo’s mythical appearance on that channel was just a bit to rile him up. So that, plus the fact that Howard doesn’t really do retard bits anymore leads me to believe that he doesn’t have other options.

Bobo can be tricked into doing anything. If you wanted him to go through with a suit against Anthony you would have to spend the entire time of the suit and the lead up to it with Bobo. You’d have to pressure him into going through with it more than Anthony and his fans could pressure him to drop it. It would have to be a full time job for someone.

Sometimes BoBo surprises me how bright he really is. He may be a little slow. He takes care of his family with his paycheck from UPS. I don't think his go fund me was done with a scam in mind. If he set it up, he did so for his mom. Finally, when he was on Jim and Sam a few weeks ago, all they did was bash him and put him down. They treat the guy like shit, especially asshole Sam. Anthony treats the guy decent.
