If he didn't outright murder his wife (which he did) then it must've been cosmic karma for ruining season four of Justified. Fat slob couldn't make it through a single episode without some kind of nerd reference.
Joke? There’s nothing funny about murder. This poor girl’s mother was killed because daddy had the hots for River Phoenix’s ex (and only because she was River Phoenix’s ex). It’s sad and sick. Stop looking for the joke. Look at the reality.
Same as Joe's child spit thing or Anthony fucking his neice. Shock value joke -> becomes a meme here -> those who missed the joke think it's fact -> "didja hear oswald actually murdered his wife? I read about it on some forum" -> rinse & repeat
He seemed to really revel in the sympathetic outpouring of attention, and never appeared that broken up about it. His regular tweeting habits barely were disrupted. People who are so publicly righteous and progressive are usually hiding something sinister. It's entirely probable it was a Breaking Bad situation, where he saw her in the throes of convulsion and didn't intervene. If he gave her a hot dose or something, his complicity probably would've been easier to uncover. He and his sick Hollywood buddies are probably also passing his kids around in cloaked ceremonies, so there's still hope for him to someday be brought to justice on a grave offense.
His public statements (which he was under no obligation to make) don't really add up to what actually happened. He said it was a xanax overdose. She took a xanax at like 11pm, he saw her snoring at 9am, and was dead within an hour. A xanax overdose wouldn't kill someone 10 hours later.
Patton is quoted as saying he gave her the xanax and to sleep until she woke up. And she didnt. He also had cocaine in the house which police found. And he had to know all the other shit she was on.
She took xanax, adderall, and fentanyl. And apparently had an undiagnosed heart defect. You'd have to either buy streets drugs or doctor shop to ever get prescribed xanax and fentanyl at the same time. That's asking to die if you mix them.
There was some kind of report about prescription drugs in her name and his at the scene when she died. He was a clear contributor to her death and the media declined to focus on this fact.

I never got this joke. Is it just for the shock value or is there an actual theory about this

His hands are partially bloody by never smacking the galaxy of pills she was regularly eating out of her hands.

He also gave her the final dose of xanax that ultimately killed her. And thats what hes admitted to. Who knows if he gave her more. He killed her

This is "humor" for the incel/NEET crowd. At least it gives these gross, emotional, weirdo faggots an outlet so they don't shoot up a school.

No, he did that shit.

Always sad when even a child notices that justice wasn't delivered

I honestly believe he killed her and that it can't be proven wrong.
1 David_Tosk 2018-02-06
This bit is hard to swallow, but I still fucking love it. He for sure had something to do with her death.
I guess the only problem with it, is the use of the kid. Possibly funnier if it was the dead wife.
