Yeah exactly, all it does is block your own estrogen (the bad estrogen) and the relative good estrogen automatically increases. You're not increasing the amount, you're increasing the ratio of bad versus good. That's why phytoestrogens are very anti-cancer. If you're a man and you're concerned about phytoestrogens, you don't really have to worry about it because it will not increase the total amount of estrogen you already have in your body. XO
