Take a look at his forehead. It has two enormous ridges on it where it buldges out and is flat, like some sort of desert rock formations, where a normal human has a smooth, slightly rounded and curved forehead with no bulging ridges. Can you imagine how jagged, uneven and disgusting the rest of his head is which is normal covered by hair? I would bet he would look far worse without hair and he knows this
