Doctors gave Sam HGH as a preteen because he was a little shrimp that was bullied, and look what they did to him. He has a skull that could shatter baseballs now. He probably would have a normal skull right now if his parents just told him to deal with the bullies.

I knew a kid who got hormones as a baby and he had a big ol dick laterin life. I wonder if they helped samuel in that department.

I dunno. I remember him saying he wouldn't have grown past five feet without hgh. So it was a toss up between being a midget or a disgusting, misshapen freak. Worst case scenario he could have been both.
