There has never been a regular caller to any of the shows that added anything. They are all attention starved idiots who think they have become a star because the host remembers their name.
They would call him Fred from Brooklyn, because he is named Fred and is from Brooklyn. They would do that with almost every caller; “We got mike from Chicaga on the line to give us a little taste....” It’s literally just meant to describe where a person is from, but this asshole Fred tried to make it seem like “Fred from Brooklyn” was some official moniker bestowed upon him as a celebrity caller to the show.
