I know many of us here really hate racists, especially ones on Twitter, so this is just a general guide on how to report one.

If the user has a history of racist tweets, the best way to report them is to go to https://help.twitter.com/forms/abusiveuser and fill out the form. Here's a visual step-by-step on what to put in the fields in for a racist.

In the form, you'll have to submit proof that they're a racist by inputting the URLs of their racist tweets. Sometimes their racist tweets go back months and months, making it hard to find them all, so it's best if a person collects them all in one place. Pastebin is a good site for this. Pastebin URLs look like this: https://pastebin.com/GXXDVcDL.

Racists often get banned from Twitter, so the racist you're reporting might have been banned before and is using a new account to make his racist tweets. Making a new account to evade a Twitter ban is against Twitter's policy as mentioned here in their rules. If you have proof that the racist is evading a ban, such as a tweet where they verify their identity, and/or some news articles showing that the original account was banned for tweeting racist things, it would be good to let Twitter know. You should put this in information in the "Further description of problem" field in the form. It would also be wise to collect evidence of this in one place. You can use Pastebin for this.
