The 1980 version of Maniac. You want the version that's a hair under 90 minutes. There are a lot of cut versions floating around.
Henry, Portrait of a Serial Killer.
If you can find a complete copy, Robert Burns in "Confessions of a Serial Killer" is a great creep.

Dont bother with return of the living dead 2, its blaa and just shits on the legacy of the first as the best Comedy/horror film of all time.
