This movie scared the living shit out of me when I was a kid. This guy was scary looking. Willie, who killed Patrick Swayze in the beginning of the movie, was very scary looking too. Not to mention the fucking shadows that came out of the walls and dragged people to Hell.
It's crazy because I can't picture that guy having any sense of humor judging how terrifying he looked. I grew up in a city that had lots of Puerto Ricans in the late 80s into the early 90s and the majority of them looked like him.
Yeah i thought that was pretty bizarre too from the characters he played he seemed way too intense/serious, no way I would've pegged him as a comedian.
Wasnt he also the teacher from Fast Times at Ridgemont High? I always called him "Jeffrey Tambour with droopy eyes" whenever I'd see him pop up in a movie.

All these years I thought Luis Guzman played Willie. Turns out it was some latino stand-up comic who died of AIDS in the 90s. True story!
