I honestly haven't heard any of new Chip lately. He was best when he was just a quick cameo character. Pop in, say some painfully unfunny jokes and quips, then leave again. Chip is best in small doses.....
When Yimmy made him a Full-Character, he lost me. However,
"And hes got a black/wigger accent" needs some 'planin.....

Old Chip was very subtle with a lisp. New Chip is very loud and obnoxious. And hes got a black/wigger accent that wears thin quickly.
