Kid used to toss his school shoes into the top of a rolled up mat that was 6ft high vertically while at the school's gym with his basketball shoes on. When it was time to leave, he reached in with his arm grabbing the shoes while his other arm grabbed the mat to support himself. Kid slipped in, suffocated and died. They blamed these kids who last entered the gym.

His organs were removed by the coroner during the autopsy (which is normal - they weigh and examine them, looking for a cause of death). Looks like they weren't sent to the funeral home. The funeral home then had to prepare the body for viewing for the funeral, and had to fill the gap where the organs had been; and used newspaper instead of the usual sawdust.

The family promptly sued the funeral home for using newspaper (not sawdust), and got nothing.

This part's a bit dodgy (on coroner's part), but murder/cover-up is does not make.
