This is what Jimmy considers a "fuck it" treat. Not beer and pretzels, or a hot dog with mustard. Or good, unhealthy combos like pepperoni pizza with ice cold beer etc.
He is a sadomasochist who also enjoys the company of well hung Nordic men posing as women. The sooner he comes out, the sooner he'll be able to enjoy a couple of beers/glasses of wine with food - without spazzing out and cutting his wrists out of a sense of sexual self-loathing.
