I've been saying for a long time the whole Opie has fake followers thing is #fakenews
People here just cant imagine that there are dumb people in this world. But "Big Bang Theory" is the top rated TV show in the US/Canada. It's not surprising 300k people followed him on Twitter.
But obviously none of them like his tweets. At best he gets 100-300. Which is embarrassing. Most people with his type of follower count gets 1k easily for their middling tweets. He's never been close to that. And he's hemorrhaging followers, especially on the days he tweets the most.
The better question is how many followers are inactive.
