When it first aired, I was low on it. But in recent years, I've rewatched it and it's definitely worth the watch.

Everything involving Leckie is a massive waste of time since he pretty much contributes nothing. You can pretty much skip all of Episode's 3 and 4 because they're all about Leckie just being an ass on sick leave.

Yes it's very good, underrated next to band of Brothers. The peleliu landing scene was also the closest thing to the saving Private Ryan Omaha scene. Basically it was like ww2 with fuckin islands and shit tss
