On the one hand, he’s an Opie Guy so fuck him. On the other hand, I get a lot of joy out of the fact that he’s some washed-up MTV dickhead with ~10 years doing stand-up and he has an hour special while 25-year comedy vet Sherrod Small never even got on Premium Blend.

His Opie appearances are intriguing because Opie has absolutely no idea what to make of him. It's so clear he had no input on booking him, that he was just grabbing any comic who'd agree to come in. He was usually booked with Chris DiStefano, who was also too stupid to understand Theo's shtick, so Opie had to wait until Vic Henley reacted to know if he should laugh or ask a follow up question when he'd tell a story. It was so fucking awkward.
