Ah, the racial divide of 90s sitcom popularity...all the white kids loved Seinfeld and didn't "get" Martin; all the black kids loved Martin but didn't "get" Seinfeld; Hispanic kids were 50/50, and everyone loved Married With Children.

Martin's off-camera harassment of the lead chick became so severe, they shot all their scenes separately during the last few seasons. They mostly interacted over the phone and used stand-ins when the story forced them to be in the scene. Even with the magic of editing it was very glaring. Can't believe he hasn't been swept up in the "implicated men" wave. The accusations against John Singleton and Russell Simmons didn't seem to resonate, so perhaps people from that community are exempt.
