Someone remarked about how Carl may be blocking people that suggested that Opie hired an actor to not recognize him, at the restaurant they were at during one of their gay pop-up shows. Implying that the hate from us is starting to get to him, enough to go on block sprees.
How do we exploit this enough to get Carl to turn on Opie? Trying to claim that Opie's talking shit about him, without substantial proof to tweet him with, won't work. Maybe just pour "tha hate" super hard on Carl's head, until he decided that cutting Opie off might be the best way to get relief from it? Or as a sub send dog shit in a box to one of Carl's restaurants every month until he stops hanging with Opie? That sounds kinda gay though...
