on a side note if you ever wondered where opie got his “hater voice” from, which you probably haven’t because doing a dumb voice to impersonate people you don’t like isn’t exactly original, even that is lifted from somewhere. he stole it from brian reagan.
He was a true friend to the show even though his audience is completely different from the O&A fans. He still came on the last WNEW show even though he has a religious fanbase. And he will go on Anthony's show still.
His stand up is not geared towards me either, but I liked him after hearing him on Bill Burr’s podcast a few years ago. He is actually a super depressed dude, which makes me like him more for some fucked up reason.
