I think on O and J jim went to a boxing match with Louis. He said Louis called him and asked if he wanted to go with him. I’d say this was maybe around two years ago????
No. He specifically said the issue was the guy asked for a favor to come on because he had dates in New York that weren't sold out. Jim bumped another guest to have him on and then at the last minute he canceled on the show because the shows sold out. Looking at the time frame it could be Tracy Morgan, Dan Soder or Artie Lange.

Couldn't have been Artie. Jim's been on AA a few times. I think Soder would have come in regardless, has to be Tracy.
