well im not going to sit here and bullshit you that it gets better right away but i will say this nothing good comes easy. As im sure you know being a year clean but you have to care about yourself man no rehab or aa/na meeting will get you there, you have to find it in yourself. i dont want to get preachy cause i rather get high than listen to something ive heard a thousand times but please know as bad as it is, it can be that equal better or more. you have to hang in there though, do what your going to do but give another week at least
I've been opiate free for about three years but those codeine just made me want heroin, I got clean never even going to a meeting or anything. I just miss being high, it's the best feeling in the world and life sucks anyway,
its up to you to decide if like sucks or is awesome. struggle with that but i do know its up to me at the end of the day to get what i want out of life.

Just cravings. I also was given some codeine that wasn't quite scratching the itch, life is shit and being high is the best part about it.
