Changing stories and timelines is totally normal and expected in the wake of an event like that. Go back and look at the news reports after anything like it--the UT sniper in the 60's, Columbine, 9/11
There isnt any gun law thats going to do much of anything although you could make some drastic gun laws that would legitimately restrict spree/mass shootings. But, no one should just be comfortable with the kind of control the NRA exerts on government and its constituents.
I live in the bluest state in the country with some of the most strict gun laws (Maryland). The number of murders in Baltimore this year just reached 280+, and in the last few years it's easily been over 300. The notion that criminals won't use guns if they're banned in absurd.

Once They're comfortable around you, you find out they're all fucking racist against some other race. It's almost universal that they all hate niggers.
