Anthony wasn't just buffering the staff from Opie, Jim's got some real issues dealing with people too. With just Jim there now, Sam has to host, do show prep and smooth things over with the staff when Jimmy gets hissy.
But Jimmy is still loved by his peers and that could give these guys problems for shitting on him. Dave is a nobody that's tap dancing on the far right, easily could get shunned.
