What was the meanest, brutal thing O&A ever did that made you (almost) admit they went too far?

Mine was when they were bashing a dying Tammy Faye during an appearance on Larry King. I had no problem with any jokes on retards or murder victims, but this was the one time I had to question my morality a bit.

Remove your hat, Leonard, and breaking bobo's heart made me realize I'm a piece of shit who likes to laugh at people worse off than me.

That McDonald's bit was classic O&A, and pretty much summed up why I was a fan.

And I don't get why that upset people. The guy didn't believe it. If he started crying or begging for his job it would be one thing, but he just hung up on Anthony.

100% Leonard.

Close second, stalker Patti and the mouse traps.

You thought the mouse traps was more cruel than the de-wigging of Patti?

I'd have to go back and listen. I know they shaved her head. Is that when they did it to her in the street?

Yup.

The 2007 Ron and Fez I'm listening to just mentioned it. Ron said it's one of the few times he's heard the listeners completely turn on O&A.

"The horror that is about to be visited upon you..."

Nothing I've seen with bobo is as bad as the stuff I've recently watched on youtube of Stern talking to actual retards.

Bobo's a slow kid but he has a job and knows mostly what's going on around him. Stern's retard crew is just gross.

I get sad about Bobo sometimes just because he's a good kid who lets people abuse him so he can be on the radio show he likes.

I don't understand feeling sorry for any of those people, whether from Stern or O&A. They all wanted to be stars and part of the show. Nobody held them at gunpoint and forced them to make asses out of themselves. If you want to be the clown, then don't expect sympathy.

I'd maybe feel pity for people like Gary and Wendy the Retards because they are actual retards and probably didn't understand 80 percent of what was going on. But anyone like Stalker Patti, High Pitch Eric, whoever, they deserve no sympathy.

Nothing. I just got annoyed by the "we're so hardcore!" shit Opie would do when they played some clips. That was embarrassing.

When Tammy Faye Baker was married to Jim, they worked together to swindle folks out of tons of money by convincing them that giving to the PTL was more important than paying their bills or feeding their family because that's what Jesus would want.

They could have literally set that cunt on fire and it wouldn't have been too far.

Oh, I agree. I could give a shit about that eyesore of a charlatan now, but back when I first heard it I was "oh, c'mon! Lay off, she's a poor, dying lady! Hasn't she suffered enough?" (No.)

Leonard, the McDonald's guy will always be my number one. The Patty dewigging is probably a somewhat distant second, along with Opie banning Patti.

I think where they made Patti crawl around on the floor with mouse traps to find money was worse. But Leonard is number one.

Breaking bobos heart was a tough one. And the time opie dumped a garbage can on sandy cane and made her dance for carrot top. And when they shaved stalker patties head then the third time she broke down crying and kenny wouldn’t let her leave. Mostly just thing Opie did

Breaking Bobo's heart isn't bad because he doesn't remember. It's like that Adam Sandler movie 50 First Dates

You are a heartless man.

I also think he was in on the joke. It was a "bit" as they say in the biz sniff

The crys he let out when kenny blocks the door on him were soul crushing

I miss the days when they would invite a shitty guest on purpose just to make fun of them. The 'one man Star Wars show' guy seemed legitimately upset that they were making an ass out of him, I hope he went home and hung himself after that.

I forgot about that one. Those were uncomfortable as hell. The worst part is when the guest realizes their getting mocked and then meekly lie their way to get out of the studio.

"I think I gotta go..." "Why what's wrong?" "Oh, nothing. I just need to get going, ya know? I got a lot to do and I'm tired..."

I wanted so bad for Jimmy to already have been on the phone when the guy came back in... then ramone him again without them taking a call. Oh well.

It's their fault for not doing any research. If he Googled Opie & Anthony he'd be able to tell in 5 seconds they were going to mock him.

This was the moment I fell in love with the show:

I tap out on the down syndrome thing. Can't do it. Not offended, just my personal line. "Your Baby's Dead" is fucking hilarious.

Not one specific incident, but there were times when they'd be so rude to their friends, like Bobo, Di and Patty and it made them seem like genuinely bad people.

Those are all retards, not their friends. They were never too rude to anyone with an IQ over 90.

Playing the audio of the guy shooting the kids. The last few minutes of it you can tell they thought it was a bad move and they go to break.

Maybe the poker chips. (wassat?)

The time the guy called in talking about his kid that died and Anthony started with the soundboard was pretty brutal

That made me laugh the hardest in my entire miserable life, so fucking brutal

When opie kept playing soundclips over Vos talking about his mother with alzheimers.

Opie, Anthony and Jimmy really do deserve to suffer. So do we.

The time they shot bottle rockets from some girl's box wasn't "too far" or anything, it was just one of the first times I was acutely embarrassed to be listening to it.
