I remember this like it was yesterday. I would get downvoted and shit on for even the slightest criticism of Opie, so I would go onto the Opie and Anthony thread on Joe Rogan's message board where open hatred of Opie wasn't stigmatized.
The greatest thing that ever happened to the Opie and Anthony fanbase was the cancellation of Opie and Anthony.
We have countless hours of old material to listen to and fall back on. We get to simultaneously like and hate these people. It's like they died, came back to life in an alternate reality the day after and are haunted by their own ghosts who call them faggots all day.
