New Meds causing bizarre yet comedic instances, thoughts?

Want your thoughts on this. Taking new meds. A couple of instances this week so far include while boss eating Boston cream filled doughnut I went up and stuck my finger in it while it was in his mouth then a little while ago, during a meeting, I suggested he get his probable-virgin son a hooker. I really thought, and still do think it is a good idea, but all other attendees thought I was nuts.
Others things have happened too, many hilarious, not sure if I even want to stop this stuff to be honest ...

The donut thing would be odd, even for folks like my dad and I.
But my dad can be inappropriate. When I moved back from college, he told me some of the things he has said at work, like how he told his boss "People might start talking," if they kept going to the bathroom together at the same time. I told him he can't say shit like that; it's 2017.
