Play as Opie, and whenever you get dialogue choices just pick the worst fucking one everytime, if you say something funny once then you won't unlock shit.
Make sure your "maths" stats are maxxed out and that you have the "Big Bat" equipped when fighting Howie finally you must finish him off with the "Dropping Hammers" special attack!
