Keith the Cop (If he could be trusted) said that it had something to do with Jimmy's contract with XM. Must suck that your best bud has a show on another comedy network other than yours.

Chip show is basically an informal weekly show with Ant. They probably take a week off a month to make it not infringe the contract.

That's why Jim can't do a permanent show on CM, but I think OP meant Anthony going into SXM and doing J&S once a week.
