First, here is Joe Cumia claiming during the court case they were manipulated or not real because they were on Imgur:

Judge: "<quotes two tweets>"

Joseph Cumia: "No I never wrote that"

Judge: "It's on twitter"

Joseph Cumia: "No it's coming from a hosting site called IMGUR"

But the dummy didn't even bother deleting the two referenced by the Judge.

People rarely get punished for perjury in civil cases in front of real judges, let alone pretend ones in arbitration. But it says a lot about his character for pretending he didn't say those words and I wanted to create a record of him lying on television repeatedly.

The funny part is those two tweets were relatively harmless compared to some that he tweeted. But I guess they had to pull the most PG ones possible.

I was just curious if his argument about online terrorists sharing fake imgur screenshots was real (it wasn't).

Which is funny considering Joe's characterization of this trial on Facebook beforehand as a defense of free speech.
