Not positive this will work out right because I don't use the site a lot, but if you go to "Stream #1" on this page: http://www.stream2watch.cc/streaming-television/united-states/fox-live-stream it's a FOX feed from Harrisburg / Lancaster PA.

According to this -- http://peoplescourt.com/when-its-on/ it is going to broadcast at "5PM / 1PM EST " (GMT -5) so if you use that site around either 1PM EST or 5PM EST you can see it
