Was Magnolia a heavy handed hallmark movie with too much slow motion?

They brought up Magnolia in the first five minutes of the podcast

This podcast needs Adam Carolla definding "Cobra"

If people hate Cobra they can go fuck themselves.

I came here to post this. Saw it come up and couldn't believe it was actually real

It's the sense of touch. In any real city, you walk, you know? You brush past people, people bump into you. In L.A., nobody touches you. We're always behind this metal and glass. I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something

Actual dialogue from the movie

I could happily live out the rest of my days without another retard bumping into me or stopping abruptly in the middle of a fucking aisle forcing me to brush past them.

What, you don't miss that touch so much that you want somebody to crash into you?

You'd kill a family of four if you crashed into them, fatty.

Yeah?! You would!

Unless his defense of Crash is him just laughing about the old Chinese guy in the movie smashed under the van dying, this is retarded.

Racist Tony Danza playing himself would be acceptable, too.

Thoughts and prayers and burning crosses

I like this movie

"I haven't seen that."
