Vos is a legend and Sam is a deluded prick
131 2017-09-07 by SociallyAwkwardRyan
Vos is one of the quintessential factors that made O&A what is was. He's also one of the best when it comes to working with Jim. Sam acts like he's a doddering old fool who fumbles into the studio to set up his terrible punchlines.
Sam, stop tryna go after Vos over every little fucking thing he says. It's not funny when you do it. Ever notice when Jim does it, everyone laughs? And when you do it, the show comes to a screeching halt? You make fun of Vos for being an old man, but you're a 40 year old mongoloid WWE fan who got lucky cus all of Jimmy's friends got fired. Shut the fuck up and let the professionals do their job. Fucking Opie complex man. Same goes for Bobby. You make fat joke after fat joke when he could tear your ass to shreads in a matter of seconds. You really don't realise how many people bite their tongues out of respect for Jim.
Also, you know you suck when your job is to talk and there's an entire subreddit dedicated to getting you to TALK LESS. Just shut the fuck up once in a while and maybe management would start loving the direction of the show. Also your fucking hair is stupid.
Edit: I feel like I have to say that I actually like Sam. I was definitely on board with Jim bringing Sam on and generally think the show is decent. It's really just the shit guests and Sam's shithead attitude when people who possibly could threaten his job come around.

why does jim think shielding his retarded co-host from insults will end any different then has in the past?
1 SociallyAwkwardRyan 2017-09-07
Because even after all these years, nobody involved with that show has any clue why it was as popular as it was
1 NumeroOtto 2017-09-07
especially the worm, the chip cartoon and his bitter indignant reaction case in point
1 Single_Action_Army 2017-09-07
What these guys said plus he's deathly afraid of confrontation.
1 schmuckOnWheels 2017-09-07
Sam is just trying to smash Vos because he learned it from watching his mentor Opie. Monkey see, monkey do, as it were.
If Jim had any gumption he would take Sam aside and tell him that he needs to back off when the comedians are attempting humor.

Can't he's checking his baby boy phone

Nice sentence.

Gumption is an excellent word

It's right up there with "highfalutin"
1 breadmoccasin 2017-09-07
Hasn't Sam actually stated on-air that he doesn't like having comedians on the show? "This isn't a comedian show" or something to that effect?
He wants it to be WWE and UFC, because people who like those two things don't have enough options already. Even retard WWE fans would rather hear someone in the business talk about the business than someone who did 4 PPV pregame shows and taped every RAW since 1994.

That was a sub invention. I was listening pretty closely to the show the week it was invented and it never came up. Sorry to burst the bubble of anyone who hates Sam, but that would be the ultimate sin if it was said, and it wasn't.
1 Lyle_D_Chipperson 2017-09-07
I'm pretty sure I remember him saying that. It was after he ranted about how the O&A show will never be resurrected and Jim and Sam is entirely different
1 packitchofsositch 2017-09-07
I'm "pretty sure" I remember lots of things that were never spoken.
For many years, I thought I was the guy on wackbag who, after 1 or 2 episodes, said about Peter Dinklage "that guy who plays Tyrion is a fucking fantastic actor".
I went back and looked it up years later. It was some other dude. All I did was agree with him, in memory.
The point is you can misremember things you've read as being more real. And the bigger, ultimate point, is that you're not going to find the clip of Sam saying he doesn't want comics on the show. You've never heard it, and you won't be hearing it.
Because it didn't happen.

Yes, and dissed CQ at the same time. I'm surprised CQ went back on the show after that.

I attribute the WWE/UFC talk to the ties that both orginizations have with eachother, Sam being a dunce follower of WWE late into his 30s, and UFC being able to hold events in New York now.
Sam and Jim are trying to reach a new audience of males who don't know the history of O&A, so they accept the lack of funny and view the show as a daily E! Entertainment for Dewds.

Vosh is great with a room full of comics. When he's 1 on 1 he's boring.
1 jakdak 2017-09-07
He's a 3rd mic. He's there to snipe with jokes. Noone wants to actually talk to him or god forbid hear his opinion on anything.
1 BaneBannon 2017-09-07
Opie used to do this same shit.
1 jakdak 2017-09-07
Yes, Sam might as well be an a-cup version of Opie.
1 Single_Action_Army 2017-09-07
Bet those chicken hormones are budding some nice Bs at this point.
1 Soriano33alfonso 2017-09-07
Fuck your Vos sucks
1 RBuddCumia 2017-09-07
He's our Vos, asshole.
1 WoopEmGangbangStyle 2017-09-07
Ever since that annoying baby came along, Sam has been insufferable. I think he has male postpartum depression and should fix it by Amityvilleing his family.
1 jakdak 2017-09-07
Parenthood turned the marginally entertaining Opie the Destroyer into OpieRaqio too.
1 TriangleDimes 2017-09-07
We should kill that faggot baby for ruining the show.
1 jrhwriting 2017-09-07
I was listening to a 2013 show recently where they brought in Denny to goof on him. Jim and Anthony got in some zingers about his oldies music show, and they were subtle enough. When Denny would make his points, Sam would forcefully go, "Nobody cares about that," like the guy who's taking part in the beating, but has zero subtlety or wit.
1 AsianAnalParty 2017-09-07
One of these days Denny is just going to pull his giant prick out and set it on the table and make direct eye contact with Sam to assert his dominance/show him what a real man's cock looks like.
1 TriangleDimes 2017-09-07
Ol Overboard Roberts sucks the mirth out of the room once again.
1 RapistWithAIDS 2017-09-07
You like Denny because you feel sorry for him. You feel sorry for him because you identify with him.
1 RacistPigeon 2017-09-07
Did you and Opie learn to read people at the same time, faggot?
1 BoardroomBimmy 2017-09-07
He fawkin studies the room, brotherman
1 TheGhostOfAbeVigoda 2017-09-07
Denny has a happy family and a giant dick. There's nothing to feel sorry for.
1 orangeeyedunicorn 2017-09-07
For Christs sake the Chip character is more subtle than Sam.
1 Lyle_D_Chipperson 2017-09-07
Vos fucking rules. Sam really does kill the flow when he tries to go after Vos, I can't think of one time when Sam was funny when he tried to smash him.
1 Kurt_Love 2017-09-07
You could have stopped at funny.
1 Lyle_D_Chipperson 2017-09-07
Good point. Most of the time Sam talking is simply noise.
1 Doc_McCoyXYZ 2017-09-07
You don't think it's funny when Vos messes up a word or a name, and Sam stops the show for 1:30 while they pull the tape of it and play it back? Punchlines are always funny when you not only see them coming a mile away, but have already been referenced 3x and you have to wait 90 seconds for them too.
At least they don't do that 12x a show.
1 RapistWithAIDS 2017-09-07
I didn't really here this dynamic, it seemed like good natured interaction between Vos and Adam. Can anyone give an example
1 Meganschuster 2017-09-07
Do you mean delusional, tardboy?
1 RacistPigeon 2017-09-07
What do you expect from Opie Roberts?
1 Axelfolly 2017-09-07
Boys boys boys.... they're both awful
1 pinkie_pride 2017-09-07
I didn't listen to the latest show so I have no idea what you're talking about, but what about the sweet boy Jim? It really seems like he's on estrogen or some shit, what the hell is wrong with him? Is he just tired from eating only egg whites?
1 xJonjey 2017-09-07
Can you imagine the verbal beatdown that Patrice would give Sam if Sam tried to even talk while he was in studio?
1 Senators86 2017-09-07
Opie spent years being the unfunny one in the room, watching others throw punchlines back and forth as he sat in silence, getting more bitter by the day. Now you're seeing that happen with Sam, and in a year or so he'll be writing cryptic messages in the sand and creating sock puppet Twitter accounts.
1 dustinpeters 2017-09-07
Yesterday was maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I've heard Sam mention Vos for saying "I member".
Why in the world hasn't Jimmy or anyone called out Sam for constantly saying "Nin I mean" when trying to saying "know what I mean". It drives me fucking crazy.

I hate when Vos is on because Sam is such an insufferable douche. He details everything by acting like he has talent.
