I don't want to do anything that resembles defending Opie... but Are you claiming that "most guys in the bullpen are failed starting pitchers" in MLB or guys who may have been starters in high school, college or minor leagues?

I should rephrase because you're 100% correct. In Opie's case he reminds me of a bullpen pitcher with the delusion that in reality hes a starter
