Art said Tig is unfunny. Mark Normand said Iliza Scheslinger sucks. Any other examples of good comedians calling out hacks? Who are the known hacks out there?
On the Opie show. I believe it was after Jim left. They asked him who sucks. After he answered Iliza Opie defended her because she had been on the show a few times. Norm just said "oh. ok."
There's a funny episode of Tuesdays with Stories (I wanna say mid to late 2015-ish) where Joe List describes opening for Dave Coulier. Needless to say he was not a fan
The whole episode of Tough Crowd is on youtube. Patrice says so much funny shit everytime Dat Phan is about to include a Vietnamese accent in his bits for the show.
At the end they manage to get him to use a french accent instead and Patrice started cheering and pumping his fist.
Greg Fitzsimmons used to rail on Aziz Ansari, which made me immediately fall in love with his podcast. He's generally stopped but still takes a shot at him once in a while.
When DiPaolo was on Fitz's podcast earlier this year, Fitz mentioned the Sklar Brother, and Nick goes "Oh yeah, they're great. You put them both together, they almost equal one comic."
Also in the last couple of weeks on DiPaolo's show he went off (and continues to go off) on Iliza Schlesinger, going into a beautiful tirade about how she only got to where she was "because she has fuckin tits, and "couldnt be funnier than him on his worst night."
Joey Diaz will go off on Jon Caparulo any chance he gets, he hates him and essentially chased him out of the Comedy Store. (One of Joey's guys pushed him around and slapped Jon in the face around Christmas time)
When DiPaolo was on Fitz's podcast earlier this year, Fitz mentioned the Sklar Brothers, and Nick goes "Oh yeah, they're great. You put them both together, they almost equal one comic."
Seeing those two cunts on Better Call Saul made me want to throw a brick through my screen
I really liked BCS season 1, I binge watched it shortly after it was over. I just tried to watch season 2 last month, and I couldnt even get through the first episode; I just didn't care anymore. It's really weird.
Procedurals and shows about "law" shit are interesting for me, but only for like a limited time. I was loving Goliath but after 6 or 7 episodes of "people investigating things" and asking people questions, I just couldn't do it anymore.
They just throw these plot twists at you that come out of nowhere. They make sense, they just aren't presented honestly. Suddenly he has a secret witness that he never interacted with at the end of the trial and the clean/sober thing is just tiring.
awww shit, they're literally the second funniest live show I've ever seen. This was in Portland Oregon and they were just shitting on the town nonstop. They were on FIRE.
They also had Nick Kroll open up for them, back when he was really good. He seems to have lost his mojo a couple years ago, but he was great for a couple years there.
Opie courageously called out Adam Carolla for not verbally sucking Opie's dick when Opie appeared out of nowhere during a commercial break on Adam's show.
Opie's out there really giving it to those hacks that deserve it.
Patrice, Kurt Metzger, O&A on female comedians. Patrice and the Moroccan street vendor lust after the slushy girl a bit too much but still kinda funny.
There's an Opie and Jim show with Mark Normand and Joe List where Larry the Cable Guy shows up and starts doing his set out of nowhere and Mark and Joe totally Stonewall him, question his punchlines and take jokes seriously until Larry is forced to leave in embarrassment. It's great.
Jay Mohr exposed what makes Jerry Seinfeld terrible as a comic on O&A once, which is great because everyone else adores him. Seinfeld was a great show, but that was despite the fact that the title star is an unfunny, cliche, unoriginal observational hack.
Otto usually said he liked Jeff Dunham but when people said he was using Otto's material or bits he said he was "done with them."
Jay Mohr's fantastic call about stupid cliquey faggots CK and Gervais.
"My daughter is really just a nigger cunt. She's a cunt nigger."
"OH HAHA HA HA HAAHHH, LOUIE, YOU CAHN'T SAY THAAAT!"

id like to hear this
This whole roast is good comedians trashing shit comedians and each other.
"Chris Rock said if Sherrod doesn't get funnier he's gonna only refer to himself as Tony Rock's cousin." - Patrice
"I have one question for the Sklar brothers.. Do both of them need to be up there? Can't just one of them recite that shitty hack material?" - Bill Burr
"Keith Robinson took Kevin Hart under his wing, who proceeded to rip it off and fly away with it, leaving Keith circling back and forth between Philly and NY for the rest of his life." - Ben Bailey
It's existed in a few forms over the years. There is a really good audio version online that's actually complete, for some reason the asshole comedian that filmed it originally thought he might be able to sell it off so the video supplied is heavily edited. So all the best/most brutal jokes are audio only but well worth checking out.
He also cut out Keith's infamous bombing incident where he tried to go on stage with no material and gets booed off soon after.
+5 - Patrice, Kurt Metzger, O&A on female comedians. Patrice and the Moroccan street vendor lust after the slushy girl a bit too much but still kinda funny.

LoS trashed Schumer for her actions for Normand's Comedy Central special.
Jim and Artie shit on Ellen when she's brought up.
Norm bashed Whitney Cummings.
1 turnthemaround 2017-09-02
Jim will also say that Ellen is a good comic and that she's just a phony asshole

He's shit on her show.

Norm also told Marc Maron that he was better at interviewing people than stand up when Maron did his show.
1 dopef123 2017-09-02
It's absolutely true. There's a reason he was broke and considering suicide after trying to make it as a standup for decades.
He's only good at interviewing because he's spent so much time in therapy that he now always talks like one.
1 Psych555 2017-09-02
He also said in the nerdist podcast that he would stay as long as the guy liked because Norm had to do Maron after and didn't much care for him.

1 JMueller2012 2017-09-02
For what Full House is he's perfect for, but I guess that basically what his stand up is (hence Joe's disgust)
