I have never understood why for a the shit he admitted, taking a 17 year old to his 30 year class reunion comes to mind, or the one having an asthma attack and taking her to pediatrics, that having a heart attack was the thing he kept a secret. And wasn't it during his divorce? Probably the most stressful moment of his life up until that point. It happens.

He was on a podcast called "painkiller already" ,or somethinike that. And he admitted after the accutane he wound up with a stent.
It was also on this podcast that he explained how he was the only normal one in rehab.
