Online one day she saw actual breast cancer survivor post surgery pics, realized their bosoms look the same as hers and decided to start the scam cause her career was going nowhere. You could tell the elephant in the room when other comics talk about her is she is just using cancer to gain sympathy laughs/undeserved fame, but obviously no one can say that out loud cause they'll be the biggest asshole in the world.
There is some kind of cancer conspiracy/fraud involving Nick Kroll. Apparently it was a scheme hatched up by the both of them to launch Notit's sagging career.
