Nope lol. I've been doing Chip jokes for 3 years and most people think I just have a shitty sense of humour.
And to those I've explained him to, they don't understand how unfunny jokes can be funny so it's a no-win situation.

People who like anti-comedy might get it. But that audience is pretty small. And they'd probably just say Neil Hamburger is better anyway.
Maybe to a few people, but you'd still have to explain what Jim is trying to do.

Absolutely. I am using Chip in the English as a second language class that I teach over at the learning annex. I have never had a class pick up the language so fast.
