That's not necessarily true. He'd just have to get a hair transplant (not plugs, but the individual follicles) and grow it a little forward and to the side to cover up his forehead, wear more flattering clothes (anyone could put on an oversized old purple Ed shirt and take them down a pig), maybe add that Balbo moustache/goatee beard thing, and work on his smile more [a lot of men don't realize how much their smile can be adjusted] and he'd look better.
