Well he's right. Predicting eclipses is easy. Predicting climate changes is extremely difficult.

Maybe predicting precise aspects of climate change. But I think it's fairly easy to predict that more greenhouse gasses=the planet getting hotter.

Aside from the rest of the weirdness of everything you've posted, we could regulate water vapor. Most of the energy we get from fossil fuels is directly related to steam anyway.(seems like people always forget that)

I don't actually care whether or not you think climate change is real. I just don't understand why people think this is the hill they need to die on. Even if fossil fuels didn't cause climate change, they still pollute the earth. And every bit of energy we have on this planet from fossil fuels came from the sun.

Maybe I'm crazy, but long term, we should really be trying to harness the power of the sun instead of arguing about digging up the remains of long dead organisms and using them as fuel.

I've always found it kind of funny that so many people against climate change are also pro life. What's less pro life than killing billions of people? Even if you choose not to accept global warming, there is still all of the pollution that comes from our use of fossil fuels.
