Real question to Americans here: Why the sudden influx of white supremacists in the US?

It seems like it has bubbled to the surface in the last couple of years. Is it just Trump, or what do you think?

You probably thought it was Charlotte. And you would still be wrong. That's in North Carolina...

Not to brag, but i won a 6th grade geography bee. If you wanna hear my process, jerry, i heard about the robert e lee statue and thought there was an issue with confederate icon. Last time there was some shit like that in the news, it was south carolina.

It was clear, no need to say it.

It had nothing to do with the town. Outside groups came in.

Im fine with their racism just figured it was south somewhere

Hey retard. Virginia is in the south. I grew up in Richmond about 55 miles from Charlottesville. Richmond was the capital of the confederacy. Google "Mason-Dixon Line" and then take a bath with your toaster.

I consider it to be mid atlantic. Youre like a new jersey to DC. Your pride about living in virginia is valid, proud of you.

People are pissed off and getting more vocal about it. It started before Trump even announced his candidacy, he or his handlers just jumped on the bandwagon.
And as far as that march went, they do this every year. It only made news because of Trump, so they could point at it and say he caused it. They ignored it through the Obama and Bush years.

You just worry about those violent muslims in Norway.
1 zenicaone 2017-08-13

1 A_Friendly_Creeper 2017-08-13
We all got guns here and would take him down in a sec.
1 zenicaone 2017-08-13

1 David_Tosk 2017-08-13

They're jealous that every ethnicity and sexual orientation has a pretty parade and they don't, so they latch onto white supremacist groups cause they think it will give them an identity and make them whole.
There were definitely some real nigger killin' white folk among them but they're in the minority.
1 John_Gulbunny 2017-08-13
The media like he's covering them but ignore everything else

Young, gay white men are jealous of all the notoriety ISIS has been getting and have jumped on the same type of recruitment through online message boards, driving cars into crowds, persecution complexes and so on.

They're a convenient scapegoat and the media loves boogymen.

I don't know. Perhaps the media constantly that straight white men are responsible for all of society's ills is not a good strategy? Alienating 40% of the population does not seem like a bright idea. It's crazy how many times I have read on social media where white people are saying they hate white people (white men in particular).

Extremists are rising on all sides due to bad economy, and hopelessness. All the wealth is ending up in fewer and fewer people's hands. And people are getting angry. It's not just happening in America. The far right is rising quite fast in many European nations. Also, the internet and social media is making everybody stupid.

If you insist on seperating everyone into groups by race, gender, sexual orientation you cant be surprised when a white group rises

When you have ancestors that fought and died in most of wars since Revolution they worked to build the country into Super power also created family history here one day be told by illegals and third world country trash with shitty cultures, gutter languages that its done wrong and refuse to assimilate, become economic terrorists draining welfare is a start. Its been brewing alot more since 90`s with Militias when Clinton was president and put the gun bans in place

How much $$$$ you give me to fuck ya mudders cunt.
1 Peckahnator 2017-08-13
It's always the same couple hundred Proud Boys. They're flying all over the country and get money for it from right wing public figures. Maybe they even get free plane tickets too, I haven't seen any confirmation on that yet.
Most people think of this as what it is: pure autism.
