What's a good video editing program, I don't mind paying for it as long as it easy to use. I'm looking into doing a retrospective video about Ø&A in the style of RLM, i'm writing a "script". Any suggestions? (BTW, i know you guys are hard to impress so it might take time)

I'd stop by teds video editing software emporium. Each purchase comes with a free y2k protection cd for your gateway computer.

The project isn't cancelled as far as I know. Documentaries take a long time to make.

Adobe Premiere is the industry standard these days. But they have gone to a monthly fee. So I would steal it. Or use DaVinci Resolve made by Black Magic Design. It use to cost 10k and was only really for color correction. But BMD bought it and now it's free.
