Have no fucking clue but if you want someone who has half a brain to help you maybe learn the difference between 'who is' and 'whose'.

Or maybe start here: http://estate.findlaw.com/wills/inheritance-law-and-your-rights.html

I also think there's forums and websites where you can post a question and an actual lawyer will answer it but don't know any off the top of my head.

Thank you Mr. Grammar. I was woken up from a sound sleep and have been on the phone for 2 hours with a crying upset old man. But I'll remember next time to use proper grammar.

Dude, this is the O&A sub-reddit? You may be in the wrong place.

This is not the 'super fun friends help each other out with their personal legal problems in a prompt and delightful manner' sub.

Also I did give you some advice.

Peckahs.

Why would you even consider posting this here?

Because I have been on the phone with some lawyers I know talking about it all and remembered that people here who are lawyers have posted before so I figured I'd throw a rock and see if one person with a brain had any idea or had ever run into something like this before.

If there's actually lawyers who post here they deserve to be disbarred.
