Doesn't it make you feel good? Sort of like opiates or cocaine....Maybe just a tiny bit to get through the day-- it won't be like last time--I promise, just a taste to kill the stress and get some relief.

And this is where it can go. I reccomend the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and Full Catastrophe Living by John Kabat-Zinn and, most importantly, The Coloring Book by Colin Quinn, available at Womrath's bookstore
