The only job that these women want is "tell everyone what to do" and for awhile I think that made them think they should be CEOs but then they just started making up nonsense jobs that let them do that without any real responsibility.
Why do people think they have a right to work for a company just because it exists? Google isn't a public doman, it's a company two guys started and they get to decide what to do with it.
They could go create their own Google... or Apple or Facebook or any other company. Their only plan is to force every company founded by men into letting women run the place.

I feel like selectively hiring people based on ethnic and gender quotas is far more of a heinous "eugenic" technique than just hiring people. It's eugenics but instead of intending to create something stronger, you accidentally weaken it and then get gangbang raped by all your new employees.
