His views on Republicans on TV may be misguided-- Republicans are as varied a group as Democrats are, and because of that they can make for good entertainment-- but his feminism views were very understandable. He makes funny movies about people growing up, men and women. That's the extent of his feminism. Besides that, he has daughters. You're kind of selling their futures short and limiting them to the stereotypical 1950's housewife trope if you don't agree with a lot of 2nd-wave feminist ideas and at least SOME 3rd-wave ones.
