What constitutes show prep, cuz Jim&Sam are relying too much on the bits and lies (i mean lifes) of their interns. From what i gather Jim does prep work for his ufc/chip podcasts and Sam also does prep for his wrestling podcast.

If you want an actual answer, Travis spends a few hours each night scanning for major news and "interesting" stuff to talk about, compiles it in an email, and sends it to the boys.
They then spend 1-5 minutes glancing at it before continuing to edge/play with their wrestling dolls.
