From the YouTube comment on the Tyson interview: "I think this season has a ongoing Norm joke, where in every episode there is a small irritating thing going on. First the zooms, now the peanuts"

The peanuts were a dead giveaway. Mike Tyson isn't allergic to peanuts.

The zooms were a Tom Snyder homage and in the Tyson interview Norm was a bit of Larry King-esque.
