Sam needs to stop repeatedly saying Sirius is such an easy company to work for because there are no expectations. The dumb fuck thinks this is some clever passive aggressive commentary on Opie's incompetence. It's still a corporation with stockholders. They expect profits generated by listeners, subscribers and advertisers. You are a morning show. Ultimately, you need to create buzzworthy compelling radio that people want to listen to. No one wants to tune into the morning milquetoast with boring banter, trannies and wrestlers.
